Author Guidelines
EnPress Publisher relies on the efforts of researchers around the world, and all academic decisions depend on the assistance of research scholars in the industry. This means that all editorial tasks and obligations are assigned to the Editorial Board, which assigns reviewers and makes independent academic decisions.
Respect for science
EnPress Publisher respects experts and scholars in all fields of science, and all scientific assessments are left to the discretion of the Editorial Board. The members of the Editorial Board are selected and appointed through a rigorous evaluation process, and they usually are researchers with a great publication record and are from recognized affiliations. The dynamic editorial board members work together to promote the development of the journal and ensure its academic fairness and scientific integrity.
Open Access
EnPress Publisher follows the gold open access policy and publishes all articles under the CC BY International License (CC-BY 4.0 or CC-BY-NC 4.0). Readers can permanently access, read, copy, and redistribute the material in any medium or format with correct credit to the original source. According to gold open access rules, EnPress Publisher charges an Article Processing Charge for each article. Please refer to the APCs Policy for more details.
Manuscript Preparing
Authors should make sure that they follow the Author Guidelines for an EnPress Publisher journal. Search for a journal. In preparing a manuscript, authors should be aware of the following:
- The submitted article has not been previously published nor is it under the consideration of any journal.
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word or LaTeX format.
- The permission to use any images is obtained.
- DOIs and URLs for references are provided.
- The texts adhere to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which are found in the About section of each journal.
- If submitting to a peer-reviewed journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review should be followed.
- Authors agree to the copyright notice on the journal website.
- Authors know the Article Processing Charge of the journal.
Preparing a cover letter
All submissions should include a cover letter as a separate file. A cover letter should contain a brief explanation of knowledge previously known, the conceptual advancement from the findings, and the significance of the findings to a broad readership. The cover letter is confidential and will be read only by the editors. It will not be seen by the reviewers.
Submitting manuscript
Authors should choose the target journal, and register an account, then submit the manuscript by following the step-by-step instructions provided. The publisher rejects simultaneous duplicated submissions to different journals.
Pre-check
The journal editor will pre-check the submitted article for article structure, similarity detection, theme, and scientificity.
Peer Review Process
EnPress Publisher follows a strict peer review system and records all review comments using the Open Journal Systems (OJS). The PDF version of the article will be noted with the submission time, acceptance time, and online publication time of the article. Only articles that have been peer-reviewed and accepted will be published online. All peer reviewers’ names and comments are archived to ensure accountability. A high quality of articles depends on a truly collaborative interaction between authors, editors, and reviewers, who include many of the world's finest scientists and scholars.
Production
All accepted manuscripts will be produced by the production office. Before that, authors will receive the invoice of the APC; rejected submissions will not be charged. Articles will be published online, along with a PDF version, after a final check by the authors and the editors. Authors may be asked to revise the article or answer some issues if necessary.
Tracking Research
Authors can track their research by logging in to OJS with their account ID here. For any questions about IT or procedures, please contact EnPress Publisher here.
Archive
All articles published online will be archived in Portico for long-term digital preservation. Authors are encouraged to self-archive the final version of their published articles in institutional repositories (such as those listed in the Directory of Open Access Repositories). Authors are also encouraged to use the final PDF version published on the website of EnPress Publisher, LLC.
Post-Publication
All publications welcome valuable and constructive suggestions or comments. In the case of questionable issues regarding academic ethical violation, misconduct, etc., please contact the journal's office, and EnPress Publisher will handle complaints in strict accordance with COPE's guiding steps.
If authors need any help during any part of the process, please email the editorial office for timely assistance.
